Not as good as it used to be

I used to be a subscriber, until the prices were raised by ridiculous amounts. The subscription fee doubled in almost three months. The advertisements have gone from banners to annoying pop-up ads, which used to be immediately skippable. It then transitioned to 5 seconds, and now 15 seconds. Customer support is horrible. Ive reported a few people for harassment and exploitation with little to no action. Messages are eaten frequently. Sometimes the refresh functions bugs out. Worst of all, when you try to block/favourite people, a banner ad pops down, and you end up either favouriting them, or unlocking for them, when you really meant to block them or just favourite.
